Paulos Tecleab, has served as an Acting General Manager starting from 2022 and has been serving as the Finance and Investments Manager of the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea since 2004. His professional career started in 1987 in various positions in the Ethiopian insurance industry where he was the Accountant Supervisor of the Ethiopian Insurance Corporation, Bahrdar Branch up to 1992. He was also the Senior Accountant of the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea until 2000. He holds Degree in Accounting from Asmara University and BCom Honor Accounting from Free State University South Africa and Masters Degree in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria as well as Diploma from CII, Correspondence, London UK.

Alexander Zemicael, has served as the Acting Marketing Manager in the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea starting from 2022. His professional career started in 2015 at the motor claims division in the Company. He then assumed the position of the Board secretary and legal advisor of the Company. He also has been serving as the Risk and Compliance starting from 2017. He holds LLB degree in Law from Asmara University and a Diploma from Chartered Insurance Institute (London). At this time, he is a candidate to the Advanced Diploma course, which is the highest professional level at the institution. He participated in various insurance related training and workshops both locally and overseas.
